There are always different options in helping children do these exercises. You can either sit with them and do this exercise with this video or audio, you can listen to it and guide them through it at a different time. It’s always good to try different ways until you find what works better for your child. Remember each child is unique!

Help your child be more active, sign them up for a sport or exercise together at the park or home.

Practise an affirmation with your child morning and evening.
