Goals until next lesson

Prior each communication with your child remember to be in the heart and create a light bubble around both of you with intention for the most beneficial communication between you

Focus your attention on something that you would like your child to improve and speak as it has already improved

Take time for yourself each day for this week, even if it is only 5 – 10 mins. Practise the meditation, heart imagery or any other exercise you feel like. Notice the changes on you.

Continue with the heart imagery way of going to the heart and affirmation  prior bedtime
