Notice how your breathing patterns change when you are feeling stressed or frustrated. Practise your breathing exercise.

Practise all exercises with your child and establish an everyday practise with one or two exercises that resonate more with him/her.

Every evening guide your child to the heart and continue with the affirmation from the previous lesson.
